Return Policy

Control Hair & Skin Care Systems LLC is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just send it to us for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Products must be returned within 20 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund . 20% Restocking fee will apply.
  • Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund.
  • “Proof of Purchase” must be included with your return.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Control Hair & Skin Care Sys LLC.
  • Exchanges can be made for a product of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. Customer must pay additional shipping cost for exchanges.
  • Autoship program requires a 12 month commitment and may be cancelled after 12 months.

To return a product to the Control Hair & Skin Care Sys fulfillment center

Re-carton the products you are returning along with any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation and your pack slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.

We do not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned Check Policy

A service fee will be added in the amount of $35 for any check returned unpaid by the bank. In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically. A 10-day waiting period is required for refunds on personal checks.

Coupons and Discount Codes

Coupon / Discount Codes need to be used within the specific dates. Expired Coupon / Discount Codes will not be accepted. Prior purchases do not qualify for use with coupon / discount codes.
